The Community

The dental office is located in northern central Wyoming.  Our community is a rural, but modern town with a population of about 5500.  We are 90 miles from Cody, Wyoming; 140 miles from Yellowstone National Park; 30 miles from the Big Horn Mountains; and 165 miles from the cities of Casper, Wyoming to the south and Billings, Montana to the north.

Worland is an agricultural community.  Our farmers grow sugar beets, barley, corn, pinto beans, and alfalfa.  We have many ranches surrounding our area.  We have excellent light industry in Worland.

We have abundant opportunities for outdoor recreation in the Big Horn Basin of Wyoming.  There are places near for fishing, hunting, boating, biking, hiking, bird watching, climbing, and shooting.  We have small-town shopping.  We have an excellent hospital and schools.  We have state of the art exercise facilities, swimming pool, golf course, airport, and health clubs.  For major medical care and “mall” shopping we travel to Billings, MT or Casper, WY (each about 2 ½ hrs away).
